Is This You?

You have seen the doctors.

You have done the tests.

You have tried the supplements, the diets, and the protocols.

Some things helped a little. Some made you feel significantly worse.

And when that keeps happening, it is easy to start wondering if you are just too complicated to help. Or whether feeling better is even possible.

Most of us on this team have MCAS. We know that feeling.

And what we’ve seen, again and again, is that complicated doesn’t mean hopeless. It usually means you’ve been working without a map that was built for someone like you.

Your Roadmap Session changes that. Your MC360® Certified Health Coach reviews your detailed history before your appointment, then spends 90 minutes working through your unique case with you from the ground up using the Mast Cell 360® Method. You’ll leave with a clear starting point and a path forward built around how your sensitive body actually works.

We meet you where you are, so you can start moving forward.

This Is For You If...

  • You have MCAS, suspected MCAS, Mold Toxicity, or a complex overlap of both

  • You have seen multiple providers and still do not have a clear picture or a path forward

  • You react to supplements, foods, or environments in ways that make protocols difficult to follow

  • You are exhausted by starting and stopping interventions because they make you feel worse

  • You want a team who understands sensitive systems and will meet you where you are

  • You want to work with people who get it because they have lived it, too. Most of our team has MCAS!

  • You are ready to take a careful, step-by-step approach to stabilization

  • You want to understand and address what is actually driving your symptoms (root cause approach), not just manage them

  • You’re ready to be an active participant in your own healing process

This Is NOT the Right Fit If..

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or single-session cure (healing takes time, this is a great foundation!)

  • You’re not in a position or willing to make gradual changes to diet, environment, supports, or supplements

  • You are looking for acute or emergency medical care

Who Do We Work With?

If you’re sensitive and wondering whether we’ll truly understand… we absolutely do!

Most of our team has walked the MCAS journey ourselves. So we come to this from both a personal and a practitioner standpoint.

If you’re highly sensitive, have trouble onboarding supplements, react to things that seem to help everyone else, or have felt dismissed by providers who didn’t “get it” then you are exactly who this work is built for.

Sensitive and complex cases aren’t the exception here. They’re the norm.

Our work is specifically designed for people navigating MCAS, Histamine Intolerance, Mold Toxicity, and related sensitivities and conditions.

We want to make sure this is a genuinely good fit for you. The work we do is specific, and alongside certain conditions or treatments, it may not be appropriate or as effective as you deserve.

We aren’t able to work with:

  • Active cancer treatment — Due to complexity, our approach isn’t appropriate alongside chemotherapy or similar treatments. We’re happy to reconnect once treatment is complete.

  • Active substance addiction or recovery — This falls outside the scope of our practice.

  • Active eating disorders — This does not apply to food sensitivities or tolerating very few foods, that is exactly what we work with. But an active eating disorder can significantly limit progress with our approach.

  • Pregnancy or IVF — Our protocols haven’t been FDA tested for safety during pregnancy or fertility treatments involving medication.

  • Children under 3 — Our services aren’t tailored to infants or toddlers.
  • Breastfeeding — If this applies to you, please reach out at support@mastcell360.com before booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this MCAS Roadmap Session for?

This is for you if you have or suspect you have MCAS, Histamine Intolerance, Mold Toxicity, or a complex overlap. Especially if you are sensitive and still do not have a clear path forward despite seeing multiple providers.

You have likely learned the hard way that your system does not respond to standard protocols the way most people assume. Things backfire. Progress stalls for flares. And you are exhausted from starting over.

This session is for anyone ready to take a root-cause approach to stabilization — with a team who genuinely gets it, because most of us have MCAS too.

What if I want to start here before committing to the full program?

That’s completely okay! This is a great place to start.

If you decide to move forward into the full MCAS Stabilization Program, your Roadmap Session rolls right over. No new paperwork, no repeat intake.

And as a special bonus, the cost of your Roadmap Session is also applied toward the full program cost, when you reach out to book your next appointment within 60 days.

What will I receive from my Roadmap Session?

You will receive:

  • A detailed intake and history gathered before your appointment
  • A thorough intake paperwork review before your session
  • 90 minutes of personalized guidance with an MC360® Health Coach
  • A Follow Up Report with your personalized next steps
  • Your MC360 Roadmap

Can I book if I live outside of the USA?

Yes! These sessions are open to our worldwide community.

Please note that you’ll need to source your own supplements and labs locally or use third-party shipping companies.

Can you help me if I am very sensitive or I have tried a lot of things?

Most of our clients are very sensitive! And we truly understand working with sensitivities because we live with them, too.

We commonly find that people are missing key steps, or doing things out of order, or too much at once.

This session will give you guidance and resources to help you get started based on the Mast Cell 360 Method.

If you are very sensitive or complex, one of our recommendations is likely to be working 1:1 with a practitioner. You can read more about our clinic here: mastcell360.com/clinic

Feel free to reach out with further questions at support@mastcell360.com

Are there conditions you aren't able to work with?

While we wish we could help everyone, there are some situations where we aren’t the right support and we want to make sure we’re the right fit for you.

How long is a MCAS Roadmap Session?

90 minutes focused entirely on you and your case.

Finishing your intake and health history paperwork no later than 5 days before, so your coach can review it will ensure that you get the most out of your time together.

How do I prepare for the MCAS Roadmap Session? Will I need to fill out paperwork?

Yes. There will be a thorough intake assessment to fill out upon booking your appointment. Completing it prior to your session will mean you get the most out of your time with us.

Are the sessions virtual or in person? And what are the tech requirements?

The sessions are held virtually, via Zoom video conferencing.

You’ll need to have access to a device with a working microphone and camera. And you’ll need to have a good internet connection at the time of your call.

Will I see a Lead Practitioner?

No. This is a 1:1 session with a Mast Cell 360 Health Coach, not a Lead Practitioner. If you are interested in applying to work with the clinic with our Lead Practitioners, click here.

Will this session diagnose me with MCAS?

No. While we do educate and make recommendations, as a health consulting clinic we do not treat, diagnose, or prescribe. While a diagnosis can be helpful in some circumstances, it’s not necessary to start on your path towards healing and feeling better!

What makes the MCAS Roadmap Session different from any other health coaching session?

We work exclusively with sensitive clients.

Our coaches are deeply familiar with the MC360 Method, and your session is built around that framework and your individual case. We’ll dig deep into your case history, what you have tried, what worked, what didn’t, and more. You will leave with clear, actionable next steps, not more guesswork.

While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we can guarantee an approach that is actually built for how a sensitive system works. And 95% of our clients who follow our recommendations do see improvements!

Will I walk away with a full protocol?

Healing happens in layers that are individualized. This session lays a strong foundation for stabilizing based on your case and the MC360 Method.

What you will get are clear next steps individualized for you and a follow up report.

What are the next steps after the session?

After your session your coach will send a Follow Up Report with your personalized next steps. As well as the general MCAS guide.

If you’d like continued support, please reach out to our clinic team through your client portal.

What if I don't have money for supplements or other supports?

We understand financial strain is a reality for many in the MCAS community. And it’s part of why we work hard to provide so much free information.

A Roadmap can actually help here. Experienced, guided direction means less trial and error, and less money spent on things that don’t work when you are sensitive.

If funds are very limited right now, our Top 8 Mast Cell Supporting Supplements Master Class or the Nervous System Reboot course may be a better starting point, alongside our free resources on the website and Substack community (there’s a free subscription option!)

Can I reschedule or get a refund?

Roadmap Sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance in writing through the client portal (PracticeBetter).

This advance notice allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting and avoids forfeiting your session.

Any appointment rescheduled needs to be held within the allotted time currently in the office policy to avoid forfeiture of the fee.

Participation and Commitment

As we mentioned, the Mast Cell 360 Program is a long-term program. Depending on your case, the duration of your work here may be anywhere from 1- 3 years. Are you willing to actively participate in follow-up appointments approximately every 6-12 weeks during that time, as needed?

Technology

We are a small clinic without an IT department. Are you comfortable with using computer-based technology (e.g., Excel, our Practice Better Client portal, Supplement Store and an on-line ordering system for labs).

Are you willing and able to embrace technology during your healing journey?

Reporting

Success with the Mast Cell 360 program relies on tracking how you are doing, in between appointments as well as keeping a journal of changes when you add new supplements, foods, or experience new stressors in your life.

Are you willing to fill out a changes journal and progress report, that may include daily tracking?
