Every day, more and more people reach out to us seeking effective and compassionate approaches to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and related conditions.
As our waitlist continues to grow, we’re reminded that we’re a small but mighty team but millions of people around the world are suffering from MCAS.
Our vision has been to reach as many people as we can who are needlessly suffering.
As a small team, though, we’re limited in how many appointments we can take each week. One thing that makes our practice stand out is that we don’t try to cram in 30 clients a day and just spend 15 minutes per person.
You deserve the time, care, and attention to your case.
It’s what our co-founder, Beth O’Hara longed for when she was severely ill. And it’s one of the driving factors behind our mission for Mast Cell 360.
But here’s the good news. And it’s something that we’re really proud of.
Over the years, after working with hundreds of clients, we’ve developed a method that serves as a successful foundation for helping those with MCAS, Histamine Intolerance, and Mold Toxicity regain their lives.
What we’re most proud of is that this method, the MC360™ method, is teachable and repeatable.
What does that mean exactly? It means when the right type of practitioner is trained to follow this method, that practitioner will get the same great results we’ve seen now with well over 600 clients.
And it means we can empower other practitioners to help fill the growing need for those with MCAS and other related conditions.
That practitioner has to be just the right practitioner, though. Someone who understands the method is a foundation, but also gets that each person is unique. This requires a great deal of skillfulness, knowledge, and empathy.
To be able to meet the growing numbers of those who need help, we’ve carefully selected practitioners who are the best of the best to work with the Mast Cell 360 practice. They have the skills, knowledge, and empathy to successfully implement the MC360™ method.
The MC360™ method has helped over 600 clients regain their lives, hopes, and dreams. It’s this method that gets results.
Each of our Mast Cell 360 practitioners have been extensively trained in how to evaluate complex cases of MCAS for individual root factors and how to implement the MC360™ method appropriately for even highly sensitive people.
We work closely alongside each of our Mast Cell 360 practitioners, supporting them with the MC360™ method we’ve seen work for so many.
Each of the practitioners also brings their own knowledge, proficiency, and expertise to the practice, which further expands our skillset and offerings.
We’ve found people with complex cases of MCAS, Mold Toxicity, and Lyme recover much faster with a team of dedicated, experienced, top-notch practitioners.
As you can imagine, this field is exponentially expanding to meet the complex needs of those with MCAS. This is another reason we’re stronger as a team.
Our vision is that our caring practitioners will contribute their own skillsets to the MC360™ method to continually expand our service offerings and push the field ahead even further.
This diversity of backgrounds means our practitioners can co-consult on even the most challenging cases to serve you even better. You’re getting an excellent support team every step of the way.
As a practitioner team, we meet regularly to review cases and offer support to one another on tough cases. This allows our team to continually learn more and more.
We strongly believe our mission is to help others, just like you, regain health.
But alone, we can only help so many. That’s why it was important for us to teach the MC360™ method to other practitioners so we can serve more people who are suffering unnecessarily.
At Mast Cell 360, we are all 100% committed to ensuring you have the highest level of quality care and support we can offer.

LaShay McKeel, LMSW
Mast Cell 360 Emotional Support Coach
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
LaShay McKeel, LMSW, provides emotional support to individuals managing the stress and neurological effects of MCAS and related conditions. Feel free to call her “L”.
She employs techniques such as embodied connection and rewiring, breathing exercises, guided meditation, education, and more to calm the nervous and limbic systems. She also walks with clients in navigating common challenges associated with MCAS, Mold Toxicity, and the experience of living with invisible illness.
LaShay also offers the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a method that uses sound to foster a sense of safety. Many people with MCAS and similar conditions have struggled to feel secure enough to heal, due to trauma and life experiences that have kept their nervous systems in a constant state of alert. SSP utilizes specially filtered sound designed to help calm the nervous system, allowing the body to focus on healing.
Having personally experienced a sensitized nervous system and a range of related impacts, LaShay is also deeply familiar with the effects of MCAS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, and similar conditions on individuals’ lives. She has a functional view of adaptations the brain makes, along with its ability to heal when well supported.
LaShay’s education and training include:
- 7+ years of experience in community social work with a focus on asset-based community development and case work providing person-centered service coordination and advocacy for care.
- 3+ years of specialized learning and practice in mind-body medicine, focusing on the nervous system, emotional regulation, and safety.
- 3 years connecting individuals to tailored rehabilitative resources.
- Experience supporting clients with chronic illnesses and health challenges, including safely reprocessing trauma and seeking to address root issues.
- M.S.S.W. in Social Work
- Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Sociology
- Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW- Associate-level Social Worker)
- Neuro Somatic Yoga & Bodywork provider; Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
- Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT) Coach
LaShay’s work centers on guiding individuals to rediscover or learn for the first time how to exist in a more integrated, regulated state, while empowering them to take an active role in their own healing journeys.
Here are some words from our clients about Emotional Support and SSP:
Jamie Frees Miller, MA, INHC
Health Coach
Jamie Frees Miller had the privilege of studying the MC360 Method with Beth starting in 2022 and has been implementing it in her own MCAS journey and mold detox after over a decade of mystery symptoms with autoimmunity since her diagnoses of Celiac and Hashimoto’s in 2011.
Jamie started coaching for Mast Cell 360 with our Strategy Sessions, helping clients new to MCAS and those who are stuck in their healing connect dots and figure out next steps for their individual cases. Additionally, she onboards new clients with Roadmap sessions and works in tandem with lead practitioners to support clients between follow-ups.
Before becoming a certified health coach, she earned her Master’s degree in Anthropology and has a passion for research that continues to driver her motivation to continue to learn and support others on their own healing journeys while also connecting back to what makes us human.
Prior to dedicating her time to MCAS, Histamine Intolerance and Mold Toxicity, Jamie focused on preconception health helping parents to prepare their minds and bodies for their journey of parenthood. With the rise of chronic illness seen in our society’s next generations, she is passionate about helping people in every stage of life get well and improve their quality of life and supporting generational health. She self-published her first book My Awakening: A Pregnancy Guide and Memoir of a First-Time Mom with Autoimmunity.
Kam Uchimura
Health Coach
Kam Uchimura brings both personal and professional experience to the community as a MC360 Health Coach.
Her MCAS journey began with the sudden onset of multiple, severe chronic illnesses affecting most of her family, which quickly escalated to reacting to everything except distilled water, an inability to eat, and discussion of a feeding tube. Doctors could neither explain the conditions nor provide solutions. So, determined to find answers, she began researching. Which ultimately led to Mast Cell 360 and Beth’s teachings—paving the way for those first critical steps in the right direction and a road to significant healing.
This path has not only deepened her understanding of MCAS, Mold Toxicity, multiple food intolerances, dysautonomia, autoimmunity, post-viral illnesses, and other chronic conditions but developed compassion for those on similar roads looking for answers.
Kam’s approach is deeply informed by both her personal experiences and her professional training. With a Bachelor of Science, and a lifelong interest in deep nutrition and lifestyle habits as the foundation for health, Kam has successfully reversed her own ‘incurable’ health issues in the past, as well.
Each of these journeys have fortified her belief that with the right supports, many seemingly impossible things are often possible.
She is passionate about learning, collaboration, community, and empowerment. Kam’s coaching style combines science-based education with a deep respect for each individual’s unique story.
