The program includes 4 appointments spread over roughly 4 to 6 months. The exact timeline depends on a few factors: 

• Scheduling availability: Both yours and your practitioner team’s calendar availability will impact appointment spacing. We work to accommodate your schedule while ensuring enough time between appointments for you to implement changes and complete testing. 
• Your body’s pace: Some people need more time between appointments to process changes, allow test results to come back, or let protocols take effect. We never want to rush your system (that’s exactly what causes setbacks with sensitive bodies). 
• Testing turnaround: Functional test results can take 2 to 4 weeks to process, or sometimes longer. We schedule your follow-up appointments strategically, so we have results to review with you. 
• What matters most: You’re getting 4 comprehensive appointments with expert guidance, strategic testing, and ongoing support—whether that unfolds over 4 months or 6 months. We’ll work with you to find a pace that fits your life and supports your healing.

Yes! As a consulting clinic, we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Our role is to guide you, make recommendations, and support complex MCAS cases. Many recommendations don’t require prescriptions, but your local doctor is essential for: 

• Reviewing how our recommendations fit into your overall healthcare plan 
• Writing prescriptions for medications or ordering labs 
• Providing acute or emergency care (we are not an emergency clinic) 

No, we do not diagnose or prescribe. And you do NOT need a diagnosis to work with us.  

Our clinic provides guidance, recommendations, and support for complex MCAS cases. This approach is individualized to you, based on your symptoms, lab results, and health goals. And we go beyond symptoms to get to the root causes behind them.  

This is not uncommon. We work with you (and your tolerance) to build a plan that fits your body.

In order to ensure that our clients get the attention they deserve and need to heal, we do have a limit for how many can enroll during this session. 

While we wish we could help everyone, we want to be clear about who we are not specialized to work with. The clinic is not able to serve clients with the following conditions: 

• Cancer: Those currently undergoing chemotherapy or other cancer treatments, due to the complexities.  
• Pregnancy / IVF: Those who are pregnant or undergoing fertility treatments like IVF that require medications, as our protocols have not been tested for safety in pregnancy.  
• Breastfeeding: Those who are currently breastfeeding, as our protocols have not been tested for safety during breastfeeding.  
• Under Age 3: Those less than 3 years old, as our services are not tailored to infants or toddlers.  
• Substance Addiction: Those currently dealing with substance addiction or recovery are outside the scope of our practice. 
• Eating Disorders: Current eating disorders are outside the scope of Mast Cell 360 and can dramatically affect your ability to succeed with the MC360 Method. *Food sensitivities are not classified as an eating disorder—we recognize that food and eating are a difficulty many sensitive people face, and we are equipped to work with those.

International clients: We have options to support you! There are some caveats to testing and appointments when you are located outside of the US.
