  • Remove the seeds from the cardamom pods. We’ve used green cardamom. The seeds are about the size of a pin head and black in color.
  • Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to your favorite glass and enjoy!

TIP: Use ice made from filtered water.
