As we mentioned, the Mast Cell 360 Program is a long-term program. Depending on your case, the duration of your work here may be anywhere from 1- 3 years. Are you willing to actively participate in follow-up appointments approximately every 6-12 weeks during that time, as needed?
We are a small clinic without an IT department. Are you comfortable with using computer-based technology (e.g., Excel, our Practice Better Client portal, Supplement Store and an on-line ordering system for labs).

Are you willing and able to embrace technology during your healing journey?Â
Success with the Mast Cell 360 program relies on tracking how you are doing, in between appointments as well as keeping a journal of changes when you add new supplements, foods, or experience new stressors in your life.Â
Are you willing to fill out a changes journal and progress report, that may include daily tracking?
Hi – I’m looking for a 7 day meal plan that shows breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. I can’t seem to find it on the website.
Also, do you have books with all your information that’s on the website plus cookbooks?
I am old school generation and can understand books better sometimes than websites.
Hi Chrystal,
Thanks for reaching out!
We don’t have a 7-day meal plan tracker, but you may be able to find one if you do a quick Google search.
We don’t currently have a cookbook, but you can find recipes on our website here: https://mastcell360.com/category/recipes/
And at the top, it’ll say “print recipe,” and you can print the ones you want.
Additionally, Here is a printable PDF version of the low-histamine food list:
