The late Beth O’Hara, one of our Founders, started Mast Cell 360 to help those with MCAS find healing.
As a young adult she lived with chronic pain that often left her bedbound and unable to do even basic tasks. She could only eat about ten foods, sometimes, even those caused flares. She reacted to nearly everything: supplements, medications, smells, sounds, lights, even changes in weather. Her nervous system was stuck. She had constant gut issues, severe insomnia, and crippling brain fog.
Her turning point came when she discovered Mold Toxicity, Histamine Intolerance, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS).
These were cutting-edge concepts at the time. And in many ways, they are still just starting to get some of the attention they deserve. But as Beth began to piece them together, she finally started addressing the root causes of her illness. And she slowly started to feel better!
As she healed, she was even able to return to school and earn her Doctorate in Naturopathy, specializing in Functional Medicine Approaches.
From her own MCAS journey, she also recognized the deep need for resources to help those who are most sensitive and struggling to find answers. Just like she had…just like you.
With purpose and genuine love, Beth turned around to lift others with wisdom that can only be gained through experience and deep study.
Beth’s personal journey with MCAS is one that many in our community can relate to. For years, she suffered from mystery symptoms no one could explain.
It started in childhood and with every new setback—mold exposures, injuries, car accidents, dysentery—her health declined further.
Over the years, she saw more than 50 practitioners and tried countless treatments. And even when the doctors believed her and earnestly tried to help, their recommendations often made things worse. We know many can relate to this.
As her health eroded, Beth had to give up many of her dreams—including a full-ride medical scholarship and her goal of becoming a neurosurgeon!
Despite everything, she remained determined and kept looking for answers.
Her body began to stabilize. The pain lessened. Her mind cleared. She could tolerate more. Eat more. Function again. She started to get her life back!
She created the Mast Cell 360® Method—a comprehensive, step-by-step approach designed specifically for those with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and related conditions. This Method brings together personal experience, clinical knowledge, root-cause science, and individualized support in an approach to sensitivities and healing in a way very few frameworks do.
Beth didn’t just want to heal herself. She compassionately turned to help others find a path forward, too. And the Mast Cell 360® Method has now been doing that for years and has helped thousands of people!

As we mentioned, the Mast Cell 360 Program is a long-term program. Depending on your case, the duration of your work here may be anywhere from 1- 3 years. Are you willing to actively participate in follow-up appointments approximately every 6-12 weeks during that time, as needed?
We are a small clinic without an IT department. Are you comfortable with using computer-based technology (e.g., Excel, our Practice Better Client portal, Supplement Store and an on-line ordering system for labs).
Are you willing and able to embrace technology during your healing journey?
Success with the Mast Cell 360 program relies on tracking how you are doing, in between appointments as well as keeping a journal of changes when you add new supplements, foods, or experience new stressors in your life.
Are you willing to fill out a changes journal and progress report, that may include daily tracking?
