This is a 4-6 month program. Timeline varies based on scheduling, your progress, and lab turnaround times.

• $4,500 with payment plan option available at checkout

  • 4 appointments (2 lead practitioner, 2 health coach) 
  • 3 labs (ERMI, RTL, OAT) 
• Our services are not covered by insurance 
• We are unable to submit to insurance or provide superbills 

No Refund Policy: Due to limited availability, this program is non-refundable. This includes appointments and labs. 

Appointment Rescheduling: 

• 1 free reschedule per appointment with 3+ business days’ notice 
• Cancellations or reschedules within 3 business days incur a $200 fee 

Getting Started – What Happens Next: After payment, you’ll be onboarded to our client portal where you’ll receive 2 required forms: 

• Intake Form – helps us understand your health history 
• Office Policies and Client Agreement – outlines how we work together 

Both forms must be filled out and returned 5 days before your first appointment. To ensure we can provide the best possible care from day one, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your initial appointment if forms are not complete.
