My Experience
Mast Cell Activation is a complex process, and everyone’s triggers, sensitivities, and underlying root causes are different. However, there is much you can do to improve your health and decrease Mast Cell Activation!
HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER EXPERIENCE
Background
First and foremost, if you have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, I have been where you are. I am familiar with debilitating pain, crushing fatigue, and accompanying anxiety and depression that go along with chronic illness. I have deep compassion and empathy for where you are.
Our understanding of genetics and naturopathy is constantly changing. I’m dedicated to being on the cutting edge as new discoveries are uncovered so I can bring the latest information to your health plan.
I take a comprehensive approach to wellness through combining genetic analysis, functional naturopathy, and emotional wellness. My focus is to support your unique healing journey through compassionate connection, unlocking the keys to your health mysteries so that you can live to your fullest potential.
We will explore your health history, genetics, labs, symptoms, and lifestyle to create a customized action plan to guide you through the process.
I am a Functional Naturopathic Practitioner with over ten years of experience working with hundreds of clients to unlock the keys to their health mysteries and support their healing journeys.
Today, traditional medicine is often not serving people with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) effectively nor compassionately. Have you been told it is “all in your head” or “there is nothing that can be done? Have you been offered little guidance outside of H1 and H2 blockers and steroids?
Alternative practitioners sometimes recognize mast cell activation, but often over-attribute the role of histamines and offer scant education and support for other causal factors, overlooking the numerous food contributors, environmental triggers, genetic factors, and stressors that contribute to flareups. Emotional and social needs are often outside the scope of most health care practitioners and tend to be left out.
Have you become disenchanted with both traditional and alternative approaches, and feeling stuck, alone, isolated and even crazy as you try to find the keys to your improvement and wellbeing?
My mission is to empower people with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) to reclaim their full potential. I have been through this journey myself, going from bedridden, in excruciating pain, and unable to function to living a full and joyful life

The Mast Cell 360 Process
My Mast Cell 360º insight and analysis process brings together all the elements of my training an is designed to help those like you to see the different factors contributing to your mast cell activation. I work through:
- Genetic Analysis – Analyzing and uncovering specific factors in your unique genetic code that can contribute to issues with mast cell activation, inflammation, digestion, detoxification, methylation, energy production, histamine pathways and neurotransmitter imbalances.
- Functional Naturopathy – Understanding the underlying triggers (well beyond histamines) that can contribute to mast cell activation and supporting the body’s natural healing processes through personalized supplementation, healing foods, optimized sleep, and lifestyle choices based on your unique symptoms, genetics, lab results, and biochemical needs.
- Emotional Wellbeing – Empowering your success through proven techniques that can help lower stress, reduce flareups, and support you to follow through on your customized plan.
I work with you to identify how your unique puzzle pieces to develop individualized action plans based on your unique needs. To learn more about this process read the Start Here page next.
