Doubling the Foods and Supplements You Tolerate When You Have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome of Histamine Intolerance

Does it sound possible that you could double your supplements in the next 30 days?

And then double your foods in 30 more days?

If you are as sensitive as I once was…you might think I’ve lost my marbles.

But I’m about to show you that I haven’t.

I want to introduce you to Joan… Joan is not her real name, but she is a real person who saw me earlier this year.

When I first met Joan, she was down to 6 foods: chicken, rice, lettuce, cabbage, salt and ghee. Anything else made her really sick.

She could hardly leave her house anymore. Because just 1 whiff of perfume would make her feel like she was going to pass out.

She had a list of 37 supplements she’d already tried and reacted to. And 8 medications she’d tried that made her worse.

She’d had both Mold Toxicity and Lyme but couldn’t tolerate the things she needed to heal.

Needless to say, Joan was really struggling with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Sensitivities

She’d also seen 12 doctors in the last 5 years. And every. Single. One. Told her she was making this up. They just couldn’t believe someone could be this sensitive.

I could tell she was nervous when we started talking. Because she was afraid that talking to me would be like talking with all the others.

She wasn’t sure she could trust me. But then I told her I’d been where she was, too. And how many doctors also told me it was all in my head.

Then, Joan and I talked about how it doesn’t make sense to go back and retry everything that had been tried (and failed) before. Yet another supplement wasn’t going to fix things. Experimenting with more foods wasn’t going to help.

She needed something drastically different that would work on all her sensitivities at once. Something no one even knew to have her try before.

I explained how all these food, supplement, and chemical sensitivities are linked together with Haywire Mast Cells. And about how the body talks to the Mast Cells.

How Mast Cells Become Haywire when you have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Sensitivities

We talked about how Mast Cells can become Haywire from things like:

  • Chemical Toxins
  • Mold Toxicity
  • Lyme
  • Antibiotics
  • Surgeries
  • Trauma
  • Childhood Stressors

I told her that when your Mast Cells get Haywire, they are on super high alert. The communication signals get all scrambled. And then they react to everything new.

This is why those 37 supplements and all those foods weren’t working… She was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

No matter what she tried, her mast cells were going to reject it. But she still needed supplements and more foods to heal! She was feeling hopeless because of this.

As I explained how the 3 parts of her nervous system wouldn’t let her heal… she began to get it… She even got a bit excited.

For the first time in years, someone was telling her something that didn’t make it her fault. But also showed her why everything she tried didn’t work. She quickly accepted this was a big part of the problem and was ready to do the work.

So, I laid out a 30 minute a day mast cell nervous system healing program for her. I told her if she did it every day then in about 30-60 days things would start to be noticeably better.

And in 6 months she might not even remember just how bad things were today…She seemed skeptical but excited…

8 weeks later I got an email from her:

“Beth, I can’t believe it! I’ve been following all the nervous system steps you told me to do for the past 8 weeks. I went out to the grocery today and I did just fine!

I even started the first 2 supplements we talked about. I started with sprinkles, just like you recommended. And now I have them up to 1/4 capsule already. I was even able to eat some lamb last night!

I can tell we’re on the right track!”

I was really happy for her.

Then 10 weeks after that first appointment she told me:

“I kept up the nervous system supports and added the new one we talked about. I have 6 supplements on board now! I got them all up to 1/2 capsule each. It’s so exciting. I’m starting to take the things I need to heal.

I’ve also added some new foods: rutabagas, turkey, brussels sprouts, apples, cauliflower, and coconut oil! I can definitely see now I’m going to get better.”

I want you to see that what happened with Joan…

What happened with me…

You should get to have it too.

We have to remember, though, we aren’t like random regular people out there. Joan and I were the most sensitive canaries in the coal mine. And we both almost didn’t make it.

But the one thing that allowed us to become less sensitive and start to tolerate the things we needed to do to heal was the same.

You have to support all 3 Areas of your Haywire Mast Cell – Nervous System when you have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Sensitivities.

It goes back to that Haywire Mast Cell – Nervous System I’ve been talking about.

And making sure you support all 3 areas of the Nervous System at the same time.

If you miss just one…it will usually hold you back.

Most people with Haywire Mast Cells need more than just 1 single program. We have to weave in the right supports at the right time.

We have to cover all 3 of the Haywire Mast Cell – Nervous System parts by rewiring the:

  • Parasympathetic Nervous System
  • Limbic System
  • Vagal Nerve Signaling

And the more sensitive or sick you’ve been, the more you have to cover all these bases.

This is why I made the Nervous System Reboot Master Class. In the class, I made a Step-By-Step Roadmap on how to cover all these areas.

With Mildly Haywire Mast Cells, you just need a little work.

With Severely Haywire Mast Cells, you need more.

In the class, I go over exactly what I help my clients do. And I teach you exactly how to put together your own program. (If you are one of my clients, this class will help you, too.)

If you’re on the fence about taking the class, don’t forget that you get a 30-day money back guarantee if the class doesn’t help you.

I cover a lot of stuff that both newbies and advanced people will benefit from.

P.S. Some people have been asking if this is an alternative to programs like DNRS or the Gupta program. Those programs are helpful for rewiring the Limbic System. So, if they’re helping you, keep doing them!

The Mast Cell Nervous System Reboot is different. I’ll be teaching you the background of the science (simplified so it makes sense). I’ll show you how to sift through all the options out there and do what’s absolutely the most effective for Haywire Mast Cells (and the things to skip).

And you’ll learn how to pick the right supports for you and put your custom program together.

I also teach a few specific Mast Cell Nervous System Rewiring techniques in the class. And a lot more!

Hi Beth. I have just started the Gupta programme yesterday. I need to dedicate at least an hour a day to doing it.
Obviously I want to do as much as I can to get well but also don’t want to overload myself, and get stressed!
How much time each day does your programme require?
    Thank You Kim.

      Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in Mast Cell 360. Are you referring to the Nervous System Reboot course Beth has? If so, Beth does step you through a few techniques, but this isn’t a comprehensive program like Gupta. The class informs on what and why nervous system supports can help, steps you through a quiz which can help you see what kinds of support and what level of support you might need, and then Beth offers a wealth of information on resources she’s found useful for herself and her clients. She goes through these resources 1 by 1 and lets you know which support is good for which level of need you have.

I hope this helps to clarify.

Additionally, it is important to listen to your body. If you start to feel any discomfort when doing any of the exercises, stop immediately. Do the amount that feels good to you. You can gradually build up. We have some people that start with just 5 minutes a day. Then they build up to 10 minutes, then 20. Go at the pace that feels best for you. You’ll eventually be able to get to the “recommended” amounts. One step at a time is a step in the right direction!

      Suz, MC360
